ICF is a membership-based
organization. Anyone 18 years or older may
apply for membership. Membership fees are due annually.
Although the ICF facilities and
services will be available to the public, members will have
additional rights and benefits. These include:

Serving on the Board of Directors

Voting to fill Board Vacancies

Voting to amend Bylaws
-
Receiving discounts on ICF services such as classes, counseling, etc.
